Our comprehensive and competitive benefits package includes but is not limited to: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance gifted to you 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays A team culture focused on growth, communication, and high-quality care Work-life balance What Youâll Do As a key member of our team, you will help support smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient care by: Provide routine prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing as needed Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal charting, and screenings Take and evaluate dental radiographs and intraoral photos Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care practices Review and update patient medical histories and chart findings accurately in the dental software Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure optimal patient care Follow sterilization, infection control, and OSHA protocols Promote same-day treatment when appropriate and assist with treatment coordination Support a patient-centered experience with empathy and professionalism Actively contribute to a team-based environment and model Squire Dentalâs mission and values Qualifications Active RDH license in the state of practice Current CPR/BLS certification Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills Strong attention to detail and documentation Proficient in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital radiography Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon) Local anesthesia certification (as required by state law) Laser certification (if applicable) Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during clinical procedures Manual dexterity to use dental instruments and equipment Exposure to bodily fluids, radiation, and sterilization chemicals Must wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all health and safety protocols Don't Wait!
