Requirements: · Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. · Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency program. · Current Florida dental license and CPR certification. · 2-3 years of proven experience in endodontic procedures and treatments. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality patient care. · Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage a busy schedule. · Leadership experience and desire for professional development Pay: $224,948.00 - $249,705.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
