Dental Receptionist - Crawford Leishman Dental Group - Vineyard, UT

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and providing exceptional administrative support within our dental practice. This role requires proficiency in various dental terminologies, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. We are looking for someone Monday and Wednesday from 8AM-5PM, Thursdays 8AM-3PM and Fridays from 8AM to 2PM. (Day off being Tuesdays) Flexibility to cover other days on occasion is necessary. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar. Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness. Calling patients to confirm appointments. Perform clerical tasks including filing, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems. Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar medical office role is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology and clinic experience is highly desirable. Proficient in Dentrix is a plus. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and 10-key typing proficiency. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse patient base.
