New England Smiles LLC is a leading provider of dental care in the MA area. We are a privately owned company providing exceptional care using the most cutting edge technology. We provide ongoing learning and training with up-to-date dental techniques and research. With enough practices in MA, we have a DSO platform that eliminates operational challenges of running a dental office leaving the dentist to focus on dentistry and delivering exceptional patient care. We have multiple offices in MA and this office is positioned in a high visibility location with enough foot traffic. Our office is in a strip mall anchored by a grocery store, Dollar Tree, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Verizon, Fitness Center etc. The plaza is conveniently and centrally situated in a beautiful community, that is easily accessible by major roadways. We are looking for a FT or PT dentist to join our amazing team. You will have full clinical autonomy over treatment planning. Responsibilities: - Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning - Administer anesthetics to patients as necessary - Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals - Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care - Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays - Collaborate with dental specialists for complex cases - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Open Dental - Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality Qualifications: - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school - Valid state dental license in good standing - Proficient in using Dextrix or similar dental practice management software - Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and systems relevant to dentistry - Strong patient assessment skills, including taking vital signs and conducting medical imaging when necessary - Excellent communication skills to effectively explain diagnoses and treatment plans to patients - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals We are looking for a doctor: - who loves creating long lasting relationships with patients - who is not afraid to work as a solo practitioner - who enjoys practicing dentistry & understands the importance of teamwork - who has a strong sense of ethics, integrity and humility Compensation & Benefits: - Higher of $800 per day or 35% of production - 100% Malpractice provided - Upto $2,500 CE reimbursement - Health/Vision/Life - Free internal CE courses - 401k Contribution Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $220,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
