Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthodontics and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental and facial irregularities, utilizing advanced techniques and technologies to ensure optimal results for our patients. We are offering a $10k Welcome Bonus Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and dental examinations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Perform orthodontic procedures such as braces placement, adjustments, and removals. Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care, including pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining their orthodontic appliances. Utilize dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for patient management and record keeping. Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program is required. Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical imaging techniques. Experience with four-handed dentistry is preferred. Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and root canal therapy is a plus.
