Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Peditaric Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, adherence to infection control protocols, and proficiency in various dental procedures, including endodontics and pediatric dentistry. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including root canal therapy, fillings, extractions, and preventive care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft or Epic for patient management and record keeping. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive measures. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. Skills Proficient in pediatric dentistry techniques. Strong knowledge of infection control practices in a dental office setting. Excellent medical documentation skills with an understanding of HIPAA compliance. Familiarity with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft is preferred. Exceptional patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build rapport with patients, ensuring a positive experience during their visits.
