Who We’re Looking For An exceptional Pediatric Dentist who: Loves working with children and families, and knows how to turn a dental visit into a positive, stress-free experience. Thrives on building trust with parents through clear explanations and gentle care. Is comfortable with behavior management techniques, nitrous oxide, and working in collaboration with our multi-specialty team. Sees patient education as central — helping families understand oral health, prevention, and treatment options. Believes dentistry can be transparent, modern, and patient-first — even for the youngest patients. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding comprehensive pediatric dental care, with emphasis on prevention, comfort, and parent communication. Collaborate closely with hygienists, general dentists, and specialists to deliver seamless family care. Use advanced technology (digital radiography, intraoral scanning) to enhance diagnosis and patient education. Contribute to a culture of warmth, empathy, and excellence where every child feels safe and valued. Participate in community outreach and patient events to build strong connections with families. Requirements DMD or DDS degree and valid Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility to obtain). Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program. We will also consider current Pediatric Dentistry residents for part-time/weekend opportunities. Strong communication skills with children and parents; multilingual ability (Russian/Ukrainian/Spanish) is a plus. Interest in sedation dentistry (nitrous/GA) Commitment to continuous learning and collaborative care.
