Position: Endodontic Dental Assistant / Front Office Support This is a dual-role position. Youâll primarily assist chairside during endodontic procedures, but you will also provide front office support as needed (phone calls, scheduling, patient check-in/out, verifying insurance, etc.). ResponsibilitiesClinical (Back Office) Assist the endodontist during nonsurgical and surgical root canal procedures Set up and break down operatories Capture digital radiographs and CBCT imaging Maintain strict sterilization standards and infection control protocols Take digital notes and update patient charts Manage inventory and maintain supply levels Provide clear pre-op and post-op instructions to patients Housekeeping duties as needed Additional duties as assigned (i.e. OSHA, HIPAA, waterline testing) Front Office (Occasional) Answer phones and schedule patients Greet and check patients in/out Verify insurance benefits and collect co-pays Manage records, referrals, and patient communication Support smooth daily operations Qualifications Dental Assistant Certification (preferred but not required if experienced) Endodontic experience preferred , but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and adapt between clinical and front office duties Comfort with computers and digital systems (we will train on our software) Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Why Youâll Love Working Here State-of-the-art, high-tech environment Supportive and collaborative team A focus on quality dentistry and exceptional patient experience Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off, holiday pay, and other benefits How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief message about why you'd be a great fit for our team.
