Join Our Team! Orthodontic Assistant – Novus Orthodontics Cartersville Are you an experienced Orthodontic Assistant looking for an opportunity to grow in a patient-focused, team-oriented practice? Novus Orthodontics is seeking a skilled and passionate Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is a full time position Monday - Thursday and alternating Fridays. Key Responsibilities for Orthodontic Assistant: Assist orthodontists with clinical procedures Take full dental records including Pan, Ceph, Intraoral scans Set up, breakdown, and sterilize clinical area and instruments Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care Manage patient records and update treatment information Schedule appointments Work collaboratively with the team to ensure patient satisfaction and smooth office flow Qualifications: 1 year experience in orthodontic assisting (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Must be willing to travel to our offices in Rome and Acworth if needed Benefits offered: Competitive Pay Bonus Program Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Employee Discounts PTO/Holiday pay Uniform allowance
