As your patient base grows, your earnings grow with no cap. Qualifications Education & Licensing: DDS or DMD, active state license, and malpractice insurance. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Leadership: Ability to delegate, prioritize, and manage expectations effectively. Working Environment & Physical Requirements This is a clinical environment with potential exposure to hazardous materials and bloodborne pathogens.
