Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time or Part-Time) - Winona Dental Implant Center - Winona, MN

Downtown Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered, fast-paced, periodontal-focused private practice in Winona, MN. This position can be 1-4 days per week , depending on your availability. We provide high-quality care and emphasize periodontal health, preventive dentistry, and strong patient relationships. You’ll work directly with Dr. Kyle Coon and a supportive, experienced team. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including: Perio charting SCRP Perio re-evaluations 4910 maintenance Prophy, fluoride varnish, sealants (adult/child) Intraoral photos for all patients Assist with anesthetic administration as needed Perform digital radiographs (BW, PA, FMX, PAN) Complete accurate charting in Fuse (chartless office) Collaborate with the doctor and dental team to ensure smooth patient flow Schedule Monday–Thursday only No Fridays or weekends Full-time or part-time (1–4 days per week) Required Qualifications Registered Dental Hygienist (MN License) CPR Certification Excellent communication and computer skills Positive, preventive-focused mindset and ability to work well in a team environment Benefits (for eligible employees) 401(k) Dental benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Location Downtown Dental 71 East 2nd St Winona, MN 55987 Work location: In person Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
