With at least one year of experience or completion of an AEGD/GPR program, you'll step into a role with clinical autonomy, hands-on mentorship, and all the tools needed to thrive. About the Practice PPO and self-pay only – no Medicaid or HMO 28 operatory practice with 2–3 chairs designated for the new doctor Supported by 2 Dental Assistants, 1–2 Hygienists, and a Treatment Coordinator On-site specialists include Endodontist, Oral Surgeon, and multiple general dentists Office Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:00am–6:00pm, Fri 8:00am–4:00pm (early start at 7:00am optional) What Sets Us Apart Full clinical autonomy in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care Strong new patient flow driven by an experienced in-house marketing team Patient-first scheduling with ample time per visit Advanced technology:Overjet Dental AI, SprintRay 3D printer, Primescan intraoral scanner Engage in structured mentorship programs designed to cultivate leadership, clinical excellence, and team collaboration.
