The Dentist evaluates and treats inmate dental conditions based on a list of dental priorities. Monitors and evaluates the dental health program and the dental services provided to the inmate population. Functions as a dental consultant to the Medical Director. Job Qualifications: Graduate from a national or state approved school of dental program. Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a Dentist in the state of employment. Has a Federal Narcotics License to distribute medications. Maintains current CPR or ACLS Certification. Corrections experience a plus.
