We are growing and looking for a Dental Assistant who already has Expanded Functions certification or is motivated and willing to obtain it with our support. Responsibilities Assist chairside during a wide range of general dentistry procedures Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Prepare rooms and instruments for each patient Take digital radiographs Provide exceptional patient care, communication, and comfort Support front desk and team members as needed Perform expanded duties within Missouri EFDA guidelines (if certified) What We’re Looking For Dental Assisting experience preferred Missouri EFDA certification or willingness to become certified (we will support training) X-ray certification or eligibility to obtain Friendly, compassionate, team-oriented personality Strong work ethic and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient-care skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience & credentials Paid time off & paid holidays Continuing education support (including EFDA licensure) Family-like workplace culture where you’re valued and appreciated How to Apply We’d love to meet you!
