About the Practice Built and led by Dr. Joseph Ruggirello, known for high-quality, compassionate care Strong, stable patient base with excellent insurance mix Consistent new patient flow and high case acceptance Modern, fully equipped operatories and supportive long-term staff Focus on quality dentistry, patient comfort, and same-day treatment opportunities Position Overview This role is ideal for a dentist confident in performing a wide range of proceduresârestorative dentistry, endodontics, crown and bridge, dentures, and extractionsâwhile maintaining exceptional standards of care. Strong treatment planning skills and the ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with patients are key. We are looking for a doctor who understands practice growth, embraces same-day dentistry when appropriate, and is committed to elevating the patient experience.
