Permanent Dentist Job in Flint, MI

Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice.. Work days available are Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to promote oral health and deliver exceptional dental services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver optimal patient care. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices through continuous education. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid State of MI Dental license. Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix Ascend is very favorable. Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus; familiarity with child behavior management techniques is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive practice environment.
