Position Summary: We are seeking a caring and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong behavior-management skills, a gentle approach, and a passion for delivering high-quality dental care to children and teens. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive oral examinations for pediatric patients of all ages Diagnose and treat dental conditions including caries, trauma, and developmental concerns Provide pediatric restorative care (fillings, SSCs, pulpotomies, pulpectomies, extractions, sealants, etc.) Manage patient behavior using age-appropriate communication and guidance techniques Offer nitrous oxide and other sedation options (if credentialed) Educate parents and children on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment plans Document accurate and complete clinical notes Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and best practices Provide treatment using nitrous oxide, sedation , and General Anesthesia/OR sessions for patients requiring full-mouth rehabilitation or advanced behavior management Qualifications: D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency (required) Strong communication skills with both children and parents Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to creating positive dental experiences If you are a Pediatric Dentist who loves working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact on their oral health, we encourage you to apply!
