Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to partner with us on a completely equipped and cutting edge dental office located in a very busy and heavy traffic area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction. As a Partner Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental issues, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health practices. The administartive responsibilities (Marketing, Billing/Collections, Recall, Scheduling, staffing, HR, IT and equipment maintenance) will be managed by our skilled and dedicated clinical staff and front desk staff. We offer a signing bonus! Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental health status and treatment needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, restorations, and preventive care. Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend software. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid State of MI dental license to practice dentistry. Experience in general dentistry is required; experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
