Job Summary: Our dear dr. is retiring and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dental practice and hold on the reins and take forward the legacy left by our Doctor. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, including examinations, treatments, and patient education, while ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for patients. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning . Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments , including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and dentures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all dental regulations and protocols. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed in all dental procedures. Address patient concerns and create a comfortable and reassuring environment . Qualifications & Skills: DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license to practice. Additional certifications, such as Invisalign, sedation, or implantology, are a plus Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in general dentistry.
