Job Summary Our office is looking for a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, high quality dental care for patient of all ages. Days and times can be flexible within our current hours. Duties Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing. Take and record medical history and demographic information. Conduct medical imaging including X-rays using digital radiography systems. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Support infection control protocols through aseptic technique and sterilization procedures. Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document treatment procedures thoroughly, including dental coding. Experience Prior experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting is preferred. Experience with pediatric dentistry is preferred. Understanding of infection control practices, aseptic technique, and sterilization procedures.
