Overview: Midwest Dental supported by Smile Brands in Holmen, WI is growing and looking for a Dental Assistant to join our supportive, patient-focused team. Schedule (days/hours): monday through Thursday 7-4, Friday 7-1 Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Take digital X-rays and impressions Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Provide excellent patient care and education Support front office or hygiene as needed Qualifications: Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation: $23-$27/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
