Job Summary Tetting & Tetting Dental would like to extend an offer to employ a new Registered Dental Hygienist. This position has recently become available resulting from a retirement and would constitute working 1- 3 days per week. We are a 2nd generation, privately owned, family dental practice which greatly values the relationships created with our patients throughout the many years. Office Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8:00-5:00 Thursday: 7:00-4:00 If you are a motivated hygienist with a pleasant disposition, we would like to schedule an interview with you! Utilize Dentrix and other dental systems to manage patient records and treatment plans. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Assist in the diagnosis of dental conditions through medical imaging and assessments. Maintain a sterile and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices to enhance patient care. Requirements Valid state license as a Dental Hygienist. Experience in a dental clinic setting preferred, with knowledge of general and pediatric dentistry. Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental management software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence in patient care tasks. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards.
