We are seeking to hire an additional Receptionist to join our Burr Ridge office full-time. Responsibilities: Welcoming/checking in patients and processing new patient registration Schedule and confirm appointments Collect payments and verify insurance Review treatment plans with patients Create a positive experience for all patients Qualifications: Experience with CareStack program preferred Previous experience working in the dental field is required! Bilingual is preferred Overachieving attitude and enhanced customer service skills Excellent time management and organization skills Work Schedule: Full-time; Monday- Friday (please view our website for business hours) with Saturday availability (9am-3pm) required; so staff are given another day off during the week.
