Our practices are modern, fast-paced, and rooted in great technology. We've recently expanded our footprint into Bucktown, Roscoe Village, South Chicago, Elmhurst, and Indiana! Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60647 Midway: 5892 S. Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638 What you'll be doing: You're at the heart of all that we do! You will be one of the first impressions with patients, interacting with them before they meet the dentist. Handling all front desk administrative duties including but not limited to the following: patient check in and check out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co-pays, presenting treatment plans, and much more. What we're looking for: You are friendly and personable, you love working with patients and want to be sure that everyone is genuinely happy when they walk out of the door You deliver a great customer experience You hold yourself to a high bar and are detail-oriented You have a growth mindset, are a self-starter, and a team player who likes to solve problems Both full-time and part-time positions are available! Qualifications: Experience with Eaglesoft and Curve practice management software a plus! Customer service experience Ability to work Saturdays is important at our West Loop location! 2 years dental front desk experience required Knowledge of dental coding Treatment presentation experience Patient Care, Partnership, and Passion is at the core of what we do and drives our business.
