Dental Experience is REQUIRED We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist/ Dental assistant, who will be cross trained to help on both clinical and administrative aspect of the practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing exceptional patient service and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various medical and dental software systems, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments efficiently using Eaglesoft Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance claims processing. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation review in compliance with HIPAA standards. Take Xray Assist Doctor and hygienist Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist /Dental assistant Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
