Sycamore Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a dynamic and energetic Orthodontic Technician/Assistant to join our team! Candidates must be dedicated and represent the team well, in and outside the office. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Chair-side assisting - Adjusting orthodontic appliances on live patients - Preparing dental materials such as cements, impression materials, etc. - Taking and pouring impressions - Using an Itero Scanner Tooth prep for bonding - Sterilizing/disinfecting instruments Bracket set up - Taking full orthodontic records - Maintaining computerized patient charts Inventory control/management - Setting up appointments Instructing patients on personal oral hygiene and home care Required hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:15 am - 5 pm Compensation based on experience and ability.
