Dental Receptionist – Prior Experience Required Overview: Holistic Dental Arts is looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We are a new dental practice currently open 2-3 days a week, with plans to expand to 4-5 days a week within the next year. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring an excellent patient experience and providing essential administrative support in our office. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage patient records with accuracy and attention to detail Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow Perform general office duties to support daily operations Requirements: Prior experience as a dental receptionist is essential Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner Experience with treatment planning is a plus (Note: We do not accept insurance) Bilingual skills are a bonus, but not required We are looking for someone who is excited to contribute to the growth of our practice and provide top-notch service to our patients.
