We are seeking a reliable and skilled PRN/Floater Dental Assistant to support our dental team in delivering high-quality patient care within a fast-paced practice eniroment. This position provides coverage at multiple office locations (within a 50-mile radius) based on scheduling needs. Job Requirements: Greet, seat and prepares patients for treatment Takes digital radiographs according to dentist instructions Assist with chairside during various dental procedures Maintain strict patient confidentiality and professionalism Monitor and manage the dentist schedule as to help ensure timely patient flow Work collaboratively as an effective team member with all staff Prepare, organize, and maintain materials, supplies, and instruments for each procedure Follow OSHA and infection control standards at all times Preform disinfecting and sterilization of instruments and operatories Track and manage lab cases as they sent out and returned Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and report needs as necessary Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Charleston, IL 61920 (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
