Who You Are A team player who thrives in a collaborative, low-drama environment A natural educator who enjoys helping patients understand their oral health Someone who builds real relationships—not just completes charts A co-diagnosis partner who helps ensure comprehensive care Open to growth in periodontal therapy, communication, and new techniques Someone who wants to work where patients look forward to their visits What You’ll Do Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care Use modern technology: digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, AI radiograph analysis Deliver a calm, patient-centered experience (we’re introducing comfort/spa offerings) Co-diagnose with the doctor and support comprehensive dentistry Educate patients in a supportive, encouraging way Build lasting relationships with families and individuals who trust us deeply Compensation & Schedule Compensation: $53–$68/hr (base + monthly production percentage) Our hybrid compensation model rewards consistency and excellence.
