Are you an experienced Orthodontic Assistant with a Coronal Polishing Certification looking for a friendly, team-oriented environment? OWL Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is growing — and we’d love to have you join our team! This position averages 30–34 hours per week : Tuesday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Two Saturdays per month: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM You’ll play an important role in helping our young patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles! Responsibilities include: Preparing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment Setting up trays, preparing materials, and sterilizing tools Performing coronal polishing, sealants, ligature removal/replacement, and wire adjustments Removing excess cement from brackets and bands Taking and pouring impressions (digital and traditional) Educating patients on oral hygiene and recording treatment details Assisting with inventory control and lab preparations Experience as an Orthodontic Assistant (pediatric experience a plus!) Coronal Polishing Certification Friendly, patient-focused, and dependable Strong communication and attention to detail Proactive, positive team player with great problem-solving skills Comfortable in a fast-paced , upbeat environment Computer and dental software proficient We believe in taking care of our people!
