Your role as the Hygiene Front Office Coordinator will be to work together with our dentists, hygienists, and administrative team to ensure a seamless experience for our patients. Your Role: As the Hygiene Front Office Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of patient billing and hygiene-related administrative functions. Your role will include: Billing & Insurance Coordination : Accurately manage and process billing for dental hygiene services, including working with insurance companies to ensure claims are handled smoothly. Patient Communication : Serve as a point of contact for patients regarding billing questions, treatment plans, and financial concerns. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination : Assist with scheduling hygiene appointments and ensuring smooth transitions between appointments. Financial Documentation : Prepare and maintain accurate billing records, treatment authorizations, and insurance verifications. Team Collaboration : Work closely with hygienists and other front office staff to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
