Hybrid Dental Assistant (Chairside + Front Office, Tues–Thurs) Palo Alto Dental Studio is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Assistant who can also support the front office . This position is primarily front-office focused, but occasionally assists clinical staff when needed. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Responsibilities Verify insurance benefits and enter coverage details accurately Coordinate treatment plans and review them with patients Assist with scheduling, patient check-in, and communication Support the back office when needed (taking X-rays, setting up/cleaning rooms) Maintain smooth communication between front and back staff to ensure excellent patient experience Requirements Dental assisting experience preferred Dental X-ray license Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude About Us Palo Alto Dental Studio is a modern, patient-centered dental office located near Stanford University.
