MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED. Job Summary: We are currently looking for a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our network of dental office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk and patient service in a busy dental practice setting. The role involves handling documentation review, insurance verification, and offering medical administrative support. Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar systems is preferred. Duties: - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims accurately - Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures - Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation review - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages promptly - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery Experience: - Prior experience working in a front desk role, preferably in a hospital or dental office setting - Proficiency in handling patient service tasks such as insurance verification and appointment scheduling - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous - Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic systems is a plus - Ability to provide medical administrative support effectively Joining our team as a Dental Receptionist offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and the opportunity to contribute to the success of our dental practice.
