Compensation for the Opportunity starts at $800-$1k Daily Guarantee , then moving to a 33% of Collections Based Salary. RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose and create comprehensive treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Ensure high standards of care, safety, and cleanliness Collaborate with the dental team for efficient, quality care Manage dental emergencies and urgent care needs Stay current with continuing education and best practices Contribute to a positive, team-focused office environment Support practice growth and patient satisfaction goals QUALIFICATIONS DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school & active state licensing Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff, maintaining an efficient office. Provide full-scope general dentistry without referring out Confident in restorative, endodontics (including molars), extractions, prosthodontics, pediatrics, and perio. Deliver efficient, high quality, patient centered care Open to coaching, mentorship, and contributing to team success Align with the practice’s philosophy of comprehensive, in house care.
