We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with 4+ years of chairside assisting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in exceptional clinical care. Duties Provide efficient, high-quality chairside assisting during a wide range of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization and infection control Compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality Anticipate the dentistâs needs and support smooth clinical flow throughout the day Take digital X-rays, impressions, and assist with scanning (if applicable) Maintain accurate patient records and charting Educate patients on oral health care instructions and post-treatment care Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to ensure a positive experience Stay informed on dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and current infection control practices to ensure high standards of care Support front office or sterilization tasks as needed to help the team Requirements 4+ years of chairside dental assisting experience (required) Strong understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and sterilization procedures Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-focused demeanor Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding patient care Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Certification or training in X-ray technology and proficiency in taking intraoral images and 3D scans Certification in basic life support (BLS) Join our team to contribute to providing outstanding dental care while advancing your professional skills in a supportive environment committed to excellence.
