Schedule: Part time, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm one Saturday a month 7am-1pm About the Practice Well-established general dental practice with strong patient flow Mix of PPO and fee-for-service patients (no Medicaid) Modern facility with digital technology, including intraoral scanners and digital X-rays Collaborative and experienced support team Located in Naperville, IL, serving a tight-knit community with small-town charm Position Details Comprehensive general dentistry â crowns, fillings, extractions, hygiene checks, etc. Mentorship and clinical collaboration available from experienced doctors Competitive compensation â daily minimum guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher) Potential for future partnership or ownership for the right candidate What Weâre Looking For DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility) Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Compassionate approach to patient care Smile Jobs is the exclusive recruiting partner for a network of independent neighborhood practices and boutique groups located throughout Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, Colorado, and Alabama.
