Sween Dental is a patient centered practice known for our friendly staff, and welcoming environment since 1961! We are looking for a reliable, positive, detail-oriented front office receptionist to join our team alongside our patient care coordinator! We are a small close-knit group consisting of 1 doctor, and 4 clinical and supporting staff members who value a good work-life balance and a positive environment Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00 am-4:00 pm. Searching For: Part Time (15-20 hours a week) Job duties include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, treatment planning, billing, claims submission, insurance A/R, and other admin duties to help the practice run smoothly. We are looking for someone Part Time who is comfortable dealing with the public; friendly, courteous, with a positive attitude. Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working with computers (Softdent, Dexis) We welcome anyone with a dental background or scheduling experience to apply! Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
