The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, display competencies in working side-by-side with dentists including preparing and assisting with dental procedures, sterilization, provision of oral health education, and other general duties as assigned. Maintaining positive interactions with staff and patients is mandatory. Job requires strong organization skills, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to comply with state dental practice requirements which would include obtaining a radiology certification within 12 months of hire; Dental Assistant Certification preferred.
