H1B/Green Card Sponsorship High Production/Pay potential Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care. Utilize OpenDental software for patient management and record keeping. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Collaborate with Dental Assistants in providing four-handed dentistry. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Active state dental license in good standing. Strong understanding of general dentistry principles and practices. Experience with OpenDental software is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
