The RDH provides quality dental hygiene services with a focus on prevention, patient education, and overall oral health. Key Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and sealant placement Administer local anesthetics as needed Take and process dental x-rays; polish restorations Assess oral health and collaborate with dentists on patient care Maintain accurate and complete treatment records in compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards Utilize current billing and diagnostic codes; meet productivity and quality standards Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Qualifications: Current California RDH license required Valid CPR and Radiation Safety Certificates One year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills Commitment to Ampla Health’s mission and high ethical standards Why Join Us: Be part of a compassionate, mission-driven team dedicated to improving community health.
