We are expanding our office and looking to add to our team! We are looking for an experienced registered dental assistant, bilingual preferred. The dental assistant is a skilled member of the dental team and is an integral part of providing quality healthcare to patients. Dental assistants in our office perform many important duties, such as: Assisting doctors during operative procedures, consultations, and exams. Following OSHA and infection control practices for sterilization and preparation of instruments. Digitally scanning and manufacturing CEREC crowns, implant crowns, and onlays. Taking impressions (traditional and digital), CBCT scans, and intra oral photos. Exposing radiographs with digital sensors. Using a 3D printer to print occlusal guards and models. Providing oral hygiene instruction and preventive dentistry counseling. Performing lab work including: pouring stone models, fabrication of night guards, whitening trays, essix retainers, and custom impression trays.
