We’re seeking a Full-Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support our growing practice across three Las Vegas locations. While orthodontic experience is preferred , we are happy to train a Dental Assistant who brings a great attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to patient care. Position Overview: As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality orthodontic care and creating a positive experience for every patient. You’ll work side-by-side with our orthodontist and team, assisting with procedures, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and informed. Key Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including brace adjustments, aligner delivery, and appliance placement Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Take and upload digital X-rays Document treatment progress and update patient records Manage supplies and inventory Support a fun, professional, and team-oriented clinical environment Adhere to all safety, health, and compliance regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, etc.) What We’re Looking For: Orthodontic experience required Positive, team-oriented mindset Excellent communication and patient service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Experience with Dentirx is a plus, but not required. Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus, but not required.
