Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Henderson, NV
We are looking for someone to join our team at Serenity Dental. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, reliable, and ready to start in January 2026. We are looking for someone who can: Hygiene Dental Assistant: Provide outstanding customer service for the patient; excellent chair-side manner. Assist the hygienist with flipping rooms Take radiographs of patients using standard dental radiographic equipment Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctorsâ schedules and patient flow; create no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patients; be present, engaged, and ready to work at all assigned shift times. Help clean the office and treatment rooms Review patient chart before arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe hygiene notes in the patient chart Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance Follow organizations safety policies and procedures Have knowledge and understanding of dental terminology sufficient to perform the job successfully Verify patient health history (basic health review, medications, understanding impact with dentistry) and document appropriately in patients chart. Assist with other office duties as requested or needed Experience with Dentrix a must Mon-Thurs 8-5 Minimum of 2 years experience in General Dentistry PAY BASED ON EXPIERENCE Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Experience: Dental assisting: 4 years (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Relocate: Henderson, NV 89074: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
