Summary We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on Mondays through Thursdays. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care while utilizing advanced dental technologies to promote oral health and hygiene. Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene services and educate patients for optimal oral health. Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize Open Dental, Florida Probe and imaging software for patient management and record-keeping. Monitor patients' vital signs as necessary during procedures. Support the dental team in various office tasks as needed. Qualifications Valid dental hygienist license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy and periodontology principles. Experience with Dentrix dental is preferred. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements. Ability to perform vital sign assessments effectively. Experience in dental tooth wear and TMJ is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interaction.
