Additional skills a candidate should be comfortable performing include but are not limited to; Knowledge of dental terminology, compliance of Infection Control and OSHA guidelines. Computer skills; Open Dental and Dexis experience preferred Commitment to CE for career development, potential travel for training. Participate and contribute in monthly staff training and morning huddles. Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments, materials and procedures. Good communication skills and ability to maintain effective rapport with the patient, dentist, and other staff members. Make exceptional temporaries in a timely manner. Take diagnostic radiographs. Take intra oral images. Taking panos & CBCT. Take exceptional impressions, pour, trim, and polish study cast. Excellent at communication, with an ability to discuss treatment with clarity & confidence. Comfortable taking and recording treatment information in the patient's chart. Providing post op instructions prescribed by the dentist. Commitment to providing quality patient care and customer service. Ability to work in a team-like setting while working cooperatively and collaboratively with others to achieve goals by sharing ideas, knowledge, support, resources, responsibility, and recognition. Commitment to the future growth of the office. Punctual, presentable, and reliable while having a quality track record with previous employers.
