Full Job Description We are looking for an front desk receptionist for our established dental Office to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Responsibilities Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping Schedule meetings and appointments Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Organize office operations and procedures Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time Takes responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the office · Responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with any Doctor and the office staff · Insures all employees follow mandatory training and policy set in the Employee Handbook. · Ability to apply constructive criticism, and offer new ideas to increase office efficiency · Ability to present treatment plans to patients, discuss financial options with patients · Support marketing and promotional initiatives · Conducts outreach activity on education and selling treatment · Responsible for employeeâs performance and reviews · Maintains a complete and accurate operations manual · Responsible for patient and employee experience · Responsible for promotions to increase productivity · Other duties as assigned MINIMUM EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS Education: · High School graduate or GED · Associates Degree, bachelorâs preferred Requirements: · Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is preferred · 2 years of dental management experience preferred · Knowledge of Dental office clinical operations and terminology · Experience using dental office software as well as Microsoft Office and e-mail · Ability to train, lead and manage a team · Maintains a high level of integrity · Maintains a high level of confidentiality · Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills · Knowledge and insurance plans and claims processing · Knowledge of accounting principles Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Paid time off Experience: Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
