Permanent Dentist Job in San Carlos, CA
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on both general and specialized dentistry. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize dental software such as Dentrix and Epic for patient management and record keeping. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient operations within the practice. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Experience in general dentistry is required; additional experience in pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, or oral surgery is a plus. Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix and Epic is preferred. Strong understanding of medical records management and HIPAA compliance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
