General Dentist Associate - Crossings Dental Care - Antioch, CA

We are currently looking for a part-time associate general dentist to join our team, providing quality, comprehensive dental care. We have two busy, established, private practices that are located in Brentwood, CA and Antioch, CA. The associate will start at our Antioch location then advance to practice between both locations for full-time, if interested. You should have the leadership qualities required to manage multiple assistants and multitasking skills needed for a productive workflow. Must be confident in your ability to practice general dentistry and work alongside another dentist, dental assistants and staff in a successful team environment. Must have exceptional bedside manner and be personable to our diverse patient population. Compensation is set at $700 daily guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is higher) - the more dentistry you are willing to do, the more you’ll make. The opportunity to do procedures will be there, we are a very busy private practice that sees everyone: children, teens, families, young adults, and geriatric patients.
