Overview We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. Duties Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, email communication, and scheduling tasks. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a positive first impression. Experience MUST HAVE DENTAL CLINIC EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with phone systems and office software applications. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
