The Position Dynamic Dental Services Group is looking for a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our growing team in Prairie Village, Missouri. We’re seeking a dentist who combines strong clinical expertise with a genuine passion for building lasting patient relationships. Duties & Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create treatment plans Deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care Conduct procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions Educate patients on oral health and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient operations Supervisory Responsibilities No immediate direct reports Skills & Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Valid KS dental license Strong clinical skills in general, preventive, and restorative dentistry Proficiency in cosmetic procedures and effective communication skills Work Environment On-site position in a new state-of-the-art facility in Prairie Village, Kansas Focused on PPO/FFS patients Compensation High earning potential with a production-based model (% of adjusted production) and no lab fees Opportunities for buy-in/partnership after 2 years Production-based range of $300,000 - $350,000 Certificates, Licenses, Registrations DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Valid KS dental license Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
